New Hadron Update and New HadronPlugins

I’ve updated Hadron again and added the HadronPlugins Quark to the SuperCollider Quarks database. Full change log is here again: http://quarks.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/quarks/Hadron/Help/Hadron-Changelog.html HadronPlugins right now consists of two plugins.
